The year gets off to a strong start with the annual halloween congress. Students from across the state came together at PWHS for an afternoon full of debate, with topics from parental leave organ donation to Buffalo making the docket. But there was more to this congress than just debate. Students came from across the state in their best costumes. From crayons to presidents to super villains, there was no limit to the creativity displayed at the congress. While the future congresses may not allow as much dress code creativity, there is still going to be plenty of opportunity for recognition for our students.
